This service enables customers to enforce all kinds of claims associated with Ownership of Jointly Owned Real Properties (Enforcement of Monetary Claims).

3. Any other documents supporting the enforced claims
All documents must be submitted in or translated legally into Arabic, and be uploaded on the Rental Disputes Center web page www.rdc.gov.ae according to the sections described in the system as no hard copies shall be entertained.F14

Partners’ service fees of AED 130 + VAT on the partners’ service fee shall be added.
Note: A fee of AED 20 shall be charged for each request submitted electronically during Execution Proceeding.

Step 1: The customer visits one of the service centres (Real Estate Services Trustees)
Step 2: The customer provides the required documents for the staff to ensure their compliance
Step 3: The staff enters the transaction data into the system, which shall be verified and approved
Step 4: The customer pays the fees and gets a receipt of payment

Step 2: Get judgment appended with Execution Writ Stamp electronically or through email from Registration Section
Step 3: Submit documents and receipts
Step 4: Pay the fee electronically
Step 5: Where necessary, submit electronic requests after lapsing 7 days from notification
Step 6: Pay the eRequest fee through the website
Step 7: Follow up Execution Judge’s decision on eRequest through the website
