This service enables customers to file an appeal against the judgments and decisions delivered by First Instance Committees, Execution Judge or Provisional and Summary Actions Judge in jointely-owned real property cases.

2. Any document supporting the claim such as correspondence, notices, penalties, electricity and water bills, cheques, letters, etc.

Appeal against Judgments of First Instance, Writ of Certiorari, Writ of Payment and Substantial Enforecement Dispute should be filed within (15 days) and from the next day following the date of issuance of the First Instance Judgement (In Presentia) or from the date of the notification of Judgment (In Absentia).

All documents must be submitted in or translated legally into Arabic, and be uploaded on the Rental Disputes Center web page www.rdc.gov.ae/ according to the sections described in the system as no hard copies shall be entertained.

To appeal a judgement: Appeal security - half of the amount awarded against (the Appellee) in the judgment issued by First Instance Committee (if the lawsuit includes financial claim) has to be deposited - The amount is refundable.

If a claim is registered through the Real Estate Services Trustees Centers,
Partners’ service fees of AED 130 + VAT on the partners’ service fee shall be added.

Step 1: The customer visits one of the service centres (Real Estate Services Trustees)
Step 2: The customer provides the required documents for the staff to ensure their compliance
Step 3: The staff enters the transaction data into the system
Step 4: The customer pays the fees and gets a receipt of payment
Step 5: Attend the hearing session through the tele-litigation system
Step 6: Receive the Judgment through the website

Step 3: Pay the fee following the electronic lawsuit verification
